"The day we moved our father into a care home was a difficult decision for my family.  We were greeted by Lisa with a friendly smile and caring attitude. Her compassion and friendliness continued daily each month until his passing at the care home.  Lisa's enthusiasm embraced herself and showed our family that her greatest desire to help her clients both physically and emotionally. Any issues that occurred with her client were addressed in a timely matter. She is able to strongly empathise with very sick clients  and their families while remaining calm herself, thinking clearly, rationally controlling her own emotions. She is very knowledgeable, great communication skills and supportive not only to her client but equally as well to their family members.  It was very noticeable that she is an integral part of the care home, not only adored by her clients but also respected by all staff and peers"
